To glue of the ingot on an epoxy or glass beam.

Measuring gauge and linear encoder are connected to a data acquisition board inside of a PC. A dedicated software enables the display of measured values as well as the resulting angles.
APPLICATIONS
The equipment is dedicated to control the gluing of an ingot on a saw work holder so that it si glued parallel to or with a defined angle with respect to the side datum of the work holder.
The orienting station can be used for measuring the actual orientation of a glued single ingot or of multiple ingots.

The goniometric orientation process consists in rotating the ingot about its axis so that the cutting plane remains vertical.
The orientation station enables gluing of such ingots rapidly and accurately on a saw work holder, the angular orientation in the horizontal plane being easily, accurately and rapidly controlled in real time.
